Robert E. Bristow, MD, MBA, FACS, is the Philip J. DiSaia Chair in the Gynecologic Oncology School of Medicine; Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of the Division of Gynecologic Oncology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of California-Irvine. His research interests include health care outcomes and patterns of care for women with cancer of the ovary and endometrium.

Dr. Bristow has published extensively in the field of ovarian cancer research and is internationally regarded as a leading ovarian cancer surgeon. He was named one of America’s Top Doctors (Gynecologic Cancer, Ovarian Cancer), by Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., in 2012, and among the Best Doctors in America® (Obstetrics and Gynecology) five times in the last seven years.
