The Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) has negotiated housing rates for Annual Meeting attendees. Room Rates:
Resort View Rooms- 1 King or 1 Double/Double - $269 per night*
Ocean View Rooms- 1 King or 1 Double/Double - $299 per night*
*Excludes all taxes and fees
Resort Fees: Guests have the option to add on a Resort fee of $20 before Feb. 14 and $40 after Feb. 14. Resort fees include (are subject to change) :

Reservation Guarantee/Deposits: The hotel may require guest rooms reservations be guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night’s stay.
Cancellation Policy: Should a guest cancel a reservation, the guest has (7) days prior to their arrival date to cancel the reservation. Guest will have to put a one-night rooms deposit for each reservation. In the event that a guest cancels after the (7) days, that guest will forfeit that one rooms night deposit.
Group Housing for 10 or more

Third-party companies illegally represent themselves as travel agencies, soliciting attendees and exhibitors, and offering to assist them with their hotel reservations. This practice, known as “room poaching”, can have serious consequences, including higher room rates, non-existent reservations at check-in, loss of pre-payment, or sub-standard hotel accommodations.
Room poachers require pre-payment for rooms but do not make a hotel reservation for you. Payment cannot be reclaimed, resulting in significant monetary loss.
Room poachers contact registrants and represent themselves as the Annual Meeting’s hotel reservation agency, using a variety of tactics, including:
- Distributing promotional materials that utilize the name or logo of the Symposium
- Insisting rooms be reserved and/or paid for immediately
- Offering discounted room rates below the Symposium room rate

Cancellation Policy: Should a guest cancel a reservation, the guest has (14) days prior to their arrival date to cancel the reservation. Guest will have to put a one-night rooms deposit for each reservation. In the event that a guest cancels after the (14) days, that guest will be charge of two (2) nights room and tax.

Visa Information
SGO welcomes the world to Honolulu, HI, USA. As you plan your trip to attend the 2019 SGO Annual Meeting, you are strongly encouraged to apply for a visa as early as possible. You may request a visa letter when registering online for the Annual Meeting. Once registration is completed, a visa letter will be sent to the email you used for registration. If you have questions, please contact [email protected]. Detailed information about obtaining a visitor visa to the United States can be found on the U.S. Department of State’s visitor visas web page. Learn more about the Visa Waiver Program, a program allowing citizens of participating countries to travel to the United States without a visa for stays of 90 days or less, when they meet certain requirements. Airfare Discounts
To get a custom itinerary with the lowest applicable air fares and the best possible journey times, SGO’s official travel agent is Gant Travel Management. Representatives are available toll-free at 1-800-621-1083 (or 1-630-227-3873 outside U.S. and Canada), Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. A $25.00 service fee will be issued per airline ticket.

Car Rental
Book your car rental through Hertz Rent-A-Car for discounted rates, available March 9, 2019–March 25, 2019 and are subject to availability. Blackout dates may apply and government surcharges, taxes, tax reimbursement, and other fees are extra. Standard rental conditions and qualifications apply. Individuals must be at least 25 years of age to rent a vehicle.

Taxis
Taxi cab service is available from the transportation plazas located outside of baggage claim on the center median fronting. One-way fare to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is $45 from Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL). Uber rideshare service also available at the Daniel K. Inouye International Airport and is approximately $25 one-way to the Hilton Hawaiian Village.
